PeptiPharmaRX, a DBA under PeptiPharmaRX Industries, acts as a supplier and sourcing partner with premier relationships with qualified facilities. We do not represent that we directly manufacture products ourselves. Any peptides or related materials referenced through our services are supplied through our facility relationships and are intended strictly for Research Use Only (RUO), not for human consumption, therapeutic use, veterinary use, household use, or any other unauthorized purpose.

2. Program Description

PeptiPharmaRX may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates relating to our supply and sourcing services for research-use only peptide materials. Message frequency may vary.

3. Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize PeptiPharmaRX to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 (909) 233-5944. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

8. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
